Freck's New Feet - Paul Morgan plans to amputate his legs online with a homemade guillotine. By charging a small fee for the webcam access, he will raise the money he needs for his operations, prosthetics and rehabilitation. "What I am doing may be a little untraditional" says Paul, "but that doesn't mean this is some kind of freak show." The event is due to take place on September 19th.
