Simple MeditationWhen you are feeling tired, worried or stressed out,  a simple 10-minute breathing meditation session  can pacify your mind, making you more focused and in control of things.

A few minutes in meditative silence will give you a whole new perspective on the world, free up your imagination and creativity, and make you feel more positive with renewed energy for going back to the problems of the day.

Just by doing breathing meditation for ten or fifteen minutes each day, you are able to reduce stress, feel much calmer and better able to cope with your everyday problems and difficult situations. It certainly works for me!
