Then you should try Splandoo. The good thing about Splandoo is that you don’t have to download a toolbar of install a program.

All you have to do is go to a one-page website and you’re on your way to downloading video from your favorite video sharing sites.

Splandoo allows you to download from the following Video Sharing Sites: Youtube, Yahoo, Google, MSN Soapbox, Bolt, AOL Uncut, iFilm, MySpace, DailyMotion, Blip.tv and Break.com.

Visit any of the sites above, then cut and paste the download URL. After the download is complete, you could rename the file to one which describes the subject of the video for later reference. You also need to alter the file extension to “.flv” which will then play in most media players, or you could convert to other formats such as MPG or AVI.

As you start typing, categories appear that relate to your query. Choose a category, and you’ll see pictures of web pages that answer your search. The results are shown as screenshots of each site, which you can quickly flip through like a book. Clicking on a screenshot will take you to the site.

Searchme is different from other search engines like Google because it’s visual, playful and enjoyable. It’s also blazingly fast, which is impressive for a site which uses so many visuals.
